Please follow the steps and our Online Tech will be able to help you immediately.

1-Step: Click Here to activate the Connection. This will initiate a download of a file 'pctsc.exe' which will automatically install itself on your computer. If you have a firewall activated on your system, it will notify you of remote access, please 'unblock' or 'allow' it to accept change.

2-Step: Once the application is downloaded, this window will appear on your screen:

As soon as you click on 'Internet support' our Online Tech will be able to connect to your computer.

Please REMEMBER:

1. The application automatically uninstalls itself as soon as the session is complete.

2. An Online Tech will only be able to connect to your computer if you will 'Allow' him/her by clicking on the 'Internt support'.

3. Quality of session will depend on your connection speed. A broadband connection is recommended for taking advantage of this service.

4. PC Tech will not assume responsibility for any damage, loss, or corruption of data during its online session.
